1. Custom Nature of Services
All of our caricatures are custom-made based on the photos and details you provide. Because these are personalized artworks, we do not offer refunds once the order is placed, except in exceptional cases outlined below.

2. Approval Process
We provide a detailed sketch of your caricature before finalizing it. This is your opportunity to request changes or revisions to the artwork. We will work with you to ensure you are happy with the sketch before moving forward to the final version. Once the sketch is approved, no further changes can be made, and the final artwork will be completed.

3. Revision Policy
If you’re not satisfied with the initial sketch, you are welcome to request revisions. We offer unlimited revisions within reason, based on the original brief provided. After the sketch is approved, any additional changes to the final caricature may incur an extra fee.

4. No Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the caricatures, we do not offer refunds once the caricature is completed or delivered, except in the case of a technical issue or mistake on our part. Please ensure that all details are correct when placing your order to avoid any issues.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare circumstances, we may issue a partial refund if the work has not yet begun or if there has been an error on our part. Please contact us immediately if you believe an exception should be made. Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Delivery of Caricature
Once the final caricature is delivered, no further revisions or refunds will be processed. Our goal is to provide you with an artwork you are proud to display and share, so we encourage open communication throughout the process.
